- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Payment Terms
For premium features:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
- Prices may change with 30 days notice

8. Disclaimers and Limitations
QueStA™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies

- Service availability is not guaranteed
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan.
